Kimberling City Recycle Center

8:00 am to 11:00 am Saturday

Located at 34 Kimberling Blvd in the City Hall Parking Lot. This project is staffed by volunteers. Contact City Hall for more information at 739-4903.

Volunteers are ALWAYS welcome.

Items accepted for recycling:

  • newspapers and slick inserts
  • junk mail
  • magazines and catalogs
  • paperback books
  • office paper
  • telephone books
  • paper egg cartons
  • paper towel and toilet paper rolls
  • plastic #1 and #2 (soda, water, juice and bleach containers with liquid and labels removed)
  • tin cans with labels removed
  • all metal food cans (remove food, liquids and labels)
  • pasteboard (cardboard)

We do NOT accept the following (yet):

  • NO cardboard with wax coating
  • NO waxed or plastic coated paper
  • NO glass, mirrors or light bulbs.
  • NO aluminum foil-lined paper, thermal fax paper or calculator paper.
  • NO bags, styrofoam, flower pots, motor oil,  solvent, paint or pesticide containers.
  • NO plastic containers with toxic or poison.
  • NO batteries of any kind.

  • NO light bulbs, ovenware, pane glass or ceramics
  • NO plastic bags, flower pots, motor oil, solvent, paint or pesticide containers.
  • NO foil containers or aluminum foil
